I would like to inform you as to our experience with your commercial broker Pietro Fallai.
Pietro Fallai assisted me in the purchase of The Shiki Restaurant in the city of Orange. A very lengthy procedure that we started in September of 2003 and concluded in late Spring of 2004. The purchase was for both the the business and the real estate.
Pietro Fallai understood the value of my time and made himself available whenever I needed. When I first made the offer for the above mentioned restaurant the Seller choose another Buyer. The same day the contract with that Buyer was cancelled, Pietro Fallai called me immediately and I was then able to avoid making an offer on another property scheduled to happen the same day. And within a few days we were in contract with the Seller regarding the Shiki Restaurant. Pietro then helped with numerous issues druing the escrow period. Amongst those were to get an approval from the Seller and the Bank financing me in order to be able to start repairs of the building before escrow was closed. The purpose of this was to save time and keep the business running. And in the final stages of the escrow there were delays in the financing caused by my Bank changing people involved in the transaction.
Pietro helped me solve all the above matters to our full satisfaction and is a great advisor for First Team Commercial. With this letter I wanted to share with you my pleasant experience of Pietro Fallai and First Team Commercial.
